First prep your nails as usual with your nail strengthener/base coat.

Then tape off your nails as usual but leave your ring finger alone and bare.

Today I'm using Jade from Zoya.

Then paint your nails.

 Take off the tape after your 2nd coat.

Now using your dotting tools. (I made my own with old earrings and push pins I had laying around the house)

Draw little hearts on your ring finger.

Now you can leave it like it is or add glitter like I did.

 Add your top coat and voila. All finished
